A coach is someone who is there to teach you effective skills for living a more balanced life. They are there to provide education that empowers you to create effective change in the now!

  • You are looking for constructive feedback to help you grow
  • If your teen is receiving coaching, you are also open to participating & aiding your child with reinforcing skills learned 

Wise might NOT be a good fit for you if: 

 

  • You feel forced to come to sessions by a friend/family member
  • You do not want to do the action plan assignments in between sessions
  • You are not ready to change your habits or explore new skills
  • You are unable to commit to a schedule, or show up consistently to sessions
  • You are unable to come in to the office, or you don’t have a private setting to complete courses virtually
