Wise Practice Group Coaching is for you if...

1. You want to learn

During the course we cover the fundamentals of the four main modules in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, including:

  1. Mindfulness
  2. Emotion Regulation
  3. Distress Tolerance
  4. Interpersonal Effectiveness

2. You can commit

To maximize your benefit, it is necessary to complete the action plan assignments between the classes. It is also crucial that you are practicing the skill on your own.

3. You are open to change

Skills can only be effective if we choose to implement them. To get the full benefit, you need to be open to a new way of coping & dealing with stress.

Please Be advised that skills coaches do not provide psychotherapy. Skills coaches provide psychoeducation.
Many of our clients participate in both therapy & skills simultaneously.
We are in support of whatever tools you need to create a balanced life!

Testimonials that say it all
"I didn't know what DBT was. Once I found out what it was and started to work with Jill, I quickly started working the tools. I really enjoyed the 6-week course. I learned a lot and I'm still learning and practicing the skills. I highly recommend one of the programs for more tools on helping the way you think. Thank you, Jill, for everything."
